Bahamas 2015

Our new adventure is at least a month in the Bahamas. The plan is to start out at Bimini, then Atlantis, then down the Exumas as far as Staniel Key, then back up to Atlantis for the 4th of July, then up to Spanish Wells and around the Devils Backbone of Eluethera to Valentines at Harbor Island, then the return via the Berry's and final back around to Cape Coral.

Day One: May 31, 2015.

We got up for a 6AM departure. Destination Marathon. Upon disconnecting the shore power cord, we immediately noticed that there had been some arcing going on. The plug was ruined. We waited until 9am when West Marine opened. Yea! they had our plug end.

We made it down to Marathon without any issues.

Day 2: Destination Miami Beach.

It was a very easy run up to Miami Beach. Seas were 1 to 2 out of the East until around Key Largo, then it settled down to less than one foot. Nice Run.

6:15 AM Departure.

Arrived Miami just in time for lunch.

We cross the Gulf Stream tomorrow. We will update when we have internet available.
